Under the Highway Code, the legal minimum tread depth in the UK is 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tread.

The European tyre rating allows you to assess three key criteria: fuel economy grade, wet-weather adhesion and external rolling noise. Use these grades to choose between offers in 245/40R17.

A properly inflated set of tyres can last up to 20% longer. Once your new tyres are installed, have the tracking verified and stick to the recommended pressures.
